Process
Cold Process!
Mix the ingredients of phase A, stir for 5 min (50-30 rpm).
Then add phase B and leave under stirring for 5 min (50-30 rpm).
Disperse SOLAGUM™ AX in EMOGREEN™ L19.
Add phase C to the mixture (A+B), agitate for 10 minutes (3000 rpm) under vacuum.
When the gel is homogeneous, add one by one the ingredients of phase D, shake for 10 min.
Finally, add the 25% citric acid while stirring.
Break the vacuum and check the pH.
