FORMULATION ADVICES:
Pilot scale - 4000 g - Trimix Rotor stator
Weigh the coconut oil and melt it in a water bath at 30°C. Put Solagum TARA in the glycerin and mix with a spatula then add it to the water of phase A. Mix under agitation deflocculator 2000rpm and anchor 30rpm during 30min. When the dispersion of Solagum TARA is homogeneous, add the phase B in the tank under agitation deflocculator 2000rpm and anchor 30rpm during 10min. Add phase C under the same conditions of agitation during 10min. Adjust the pH if necessary.
