FORMULATION ADVICES / For 300 g batch

Combine phase A and heat to 85C.
Combine phase B by dispersing silica in liquid oil first and then add other ingredients and heat to 85C.
When phase B is completely melted, disperse phase C into phase B.
Combine phase BC with phase A and homogenize at 4,000 rpm for 4 minutes.
Cool down with sweeper to 50C and add phase D and E.
At ambient temperature, add phase F and mix until uniform.
